(I might have already written a post about this…) Be that as it may, I really don’t like Halloween that much. Little Chestnut #1 was actually due to be born on October 30th and throughout my pregnancy I was so worried that we would come a day late and basically set me up for a lifetime of costume party-birthdays and trick or treat marathons. Lucky though, he knew how to keep this momma happy and came way early 😉 I’m not really sure why, but all the scary decorations, the spiders, ghosts and mummies just don’t do it for me.

Living back in the States now though it’s hard – even without a Halloween birthday to celebrate – to escape the craziness. So here’s me caving to the masses a bit and getting into the Halloween spirit this week. Let’s get ready for October 31st and add some magic to the scary with this quote for the week.

Have to agree with you, im not a fan of Halloween either but now my boys are getting older they want to get involved!
I hear you. My 5 year old can’t wait to go trick-or-treating this year. It’s cute how excited they get…But I think I might still skip the costume myself 😉
