A few years ago a friend of mine asked me to create print for her. She was going through a tough time and wanted some artwork to remind her of her own strength and give her hope. That is the first time I came across this quote and it has struck a chord with me every time I’ve come across it since: “She believed she could, so she did”… 
Never give up
You might have seen this print around in my ETSY shop before, but for this week, I chose to re-release it to my readers. I think it’s an important message to keep reminding yourself of.
There will be many forces in the world, that will try to drag you down. People will disappoint you, hurt you and disappear from your life and leave festering wounds behind. But – and yes, dear friends, there is a “but” – if you find the strength to believe in yourself, there is nothing and no one that can stop you achieving what you set your mind to. I believed I could create a business for myself, that not only makes me happy as a creative person, but also makes me happy as a mum, because I can work from home and be there for my boys. And guess what – I did!
And so can you – whatever that special something might be for you.

There’s so much uproar in the world these days. Let’s not lose sight of ourselves, who we want to be as people and a people. Believe in yourself and others and share kindness, always.
