Yay for paper-work week – I think…
While this week might not have been big on the “I’m-a-super-creative-designer” level, I really feel like I got so much done. My desk is clean, I cleaned up the file-jungle on my desktop and did a bunch of other rather boring, organizational tasks that often get overlooked. And I actually feel so much better for it. It’s the typical “rip off the band-aid effect”. You always imagine it much worse, but then once you do it, get stuck into it and get it over with quickly you sometimes stop to wonder what all the worry was about. And why you didn’t do it sooner.
I even finally applied for my outside manufacturer permission from ETSY. Once approved, I will be able to offer printing as well as design services for my customers. Yay! I’ve found this awesome printing company and am drooling over their paper and envelope samples. I can’t wait to share this new service with you all and make it even easier to make yours a Charming-Chestnuts-event.
Anyway, so now I feel like this weight has been lifted and my creativity finally has room to roam and flow again. I have so many ideas in my head of new designs for weddings and entire new lines/types of signs and such. It’s exciting in Chestnut-land.
I’ve already added some new items to the shop lately. Please welcome them to the line-up. What do you think? Fancy having me as part of your upcoming event? Don’t be shy, drop me a line at natasha@charmingchestnuts.com and let creativity flow 😉
