Not to plan…

I have big plans for this summer. With work at my “real job” slowing down a bit and getting some extra time at home, I have a wishful to-do-list for Charming Chestnuts a mile long. But just as I am determined to cross things off that list, the universe seems bent on throwing its own spanner in the works. Breathe, Natasha…and one step at a time. The one thing I want to make sure of though is that not only do I get things done, but I want to get them right. I want to make sure they will have an impact on my business long-term and are done with heart. Get things done in love…so they say.

Styled shoot…coming soon

I was super excited to participate in another styled shoot recently. You totally had me at “spanish vineyard wedding” and while I was pushed far beyond the original lace design I submitted to come out at the other end with a stunning suite that would surely have not have happened with some collaboration done in love….a vision coming together

Chestnuts come first

The most important thing that I always want to make sure it’s done right and done in love is caring for my beautiful boys. So when poor little Chestnut #2 is not feeling well, I will make time to lay with him and let him twirl my hair. His little body is hurting and he doesn’t really know why. One thing he’ll alway know though is that his mummy and daddy are here for him to try to make it better. To-do-list to the wayside, this momma has some cuddling to do.
